Disney/Pixar Cars 2 Giveaway & Freebies!! (closed)

Rev your engines as your favorite characters from Cars are back with Cars 2 racing into theatres everywhere on June 24th!

When star race car Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) and the incomparable tow truck Mater (voice of Larry the Cable Guy)
head overseas to compete in the first-ever World Grand Prix, Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own: international espionage!

Disney/Pixar always brings out the kid in me. Not only am I a Disney Parks fanatic, but I have not met a Disney flick that I did not like! I loved the first Cars movie. I enjoyed the drive through Route 66, especially Cozy Cone Motel which reminded me of our drive past the Wigwam Motel . Oh, and two words, "Tractor Tipping"!

I am really looking forward to seeing the new Cars 2 because I can't wait to see how the international cities are depicted. The animation in the original Cars movie was superb and I expect no less from Cars 2. Plus it's available in 3D! Are you as excited as I am? Let the race begin!

HOODWINKED TOO! HOOD VS. EVIL in 3D

Yes, I'm 44 and yes I still love animated films. Especially if the film contains a little something for everyone. I saw the 1st Hoodwinked when it came out a few years ago. I found it to be entertaining with jokes that are geared towards both kids and adults. Although we generally force ourselves to sit through kid flicks (anything for our kids), it's always nice when you can enjoy it too! Unlike the purple dinosaur!

Now there's a sequel. HOODWINKED TOO! HOOD VS. EVIL in 3D opens in theaters on April 29, 2011

Synopsis:
The good... the bad... the Twitchy. From the team that brought you HOODWINKED, the comedic portrayal of the fairy tale Red Riding Hood, comes the all-new animated family comedy HOODWINKED TOO! HOOD VS. EVIL in 3D. The sequel finds our heroine, Red (Hayden Panettiere), training with a mysterious covert group called the Sisters of the Hood. But Red is forced to cut her training short when she gets an urgent call from Nicky Flippers (David Ogden Stiers), who returns as head of the super-secret Happily Ever After Agency, aka the HEA. A wicked witch (Joan Cusack) has abducted two innocent children, Hansel (Bill Hader) and Gretel (Amy Poehler), and Nicky needs Red for the search-and-rescue mission. Of course, what is a sequel without guest stars from the original? Thankfully, Granny (Glenn Close) and the rest of the HOODWINKED gang—including the ever-clueless Wolf (Patrick Warburton) and his over-caffeinated little partner, Twitchy (Cory Edwards), join Red to solve the forest’s latest caper. Fracturing fairy tales and pop culture with good-natured glee, HOODWINKED TOO! HOOD vs. EVIL in 3D takes viewers on a rollicking rollercoaster ride combining edge-of-the-seat adventure with classic, zany cartoon antics.

HOODWINKED TOO! HOOD VS. EVIL in 3D features the voices of Hayden Panettiere, Glenn Close, Joan Cusack, Bill Hader, Amy Poehler, David Alan Grier, Andy Dick, Brad Garrett, Martin Short, Patrick Warburton, Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong. It is directed by Mike Disa and written by Cory Edwards, Tony Leech, Todd Edwards and Mike Disa. The producers are Maurice Kanbar and Joan Collins Carey.

GIVEAWAY!
I will be there for the advance screening of the film that will be held on Saturday, April 23rd at 10 am at the AMC Aventura.
You can join me there too! I have a few "Admit Two" passes to the advanced screening to give away to my readers.  Remember that this is for the MIAMI screening on April 23rd at 10AM.

All the passes have been spoken for. Enjoy the movie! I hope to see you all there. Hopefully I will feel well enough by tomorrow morning :-(

Disclaimer:
Patrons should arrive at the theater early as seating is on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed.  A safe time to arrive would be about an hour to 45 minutes early.  I know it isn’t fun waiting in a line with kids for that long, but we cannot guarantee seats.
I have attended many advance screenings and as long as we arrived early, we never had a problem with seating.

Disclosure:
I was supplied with the advance screening tickets to for the giveaway by The Weinstein Co, an independent American film studio. Aside from the free passes, no compensation/pay was received. All opinions expressed are strictly my own.
